The implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Jasa Raharja is based on the latest formal regulations, which form the basis for its implementation, namely:
- Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises, as last amended by Law Number 16 of 2025.
- Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Guidelines for Corporate Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises.
- Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 73/POJK.05/2016 (jo. POJK No. 43/POJK.05/2019) concerning Good Corporate Governance for Insurance Companies.
- Joint Regulation of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors Number DK/01/2025 and Number PER/43/2025 dated December 29, 2025 concerning Guidelines to Support the Implementation of GCG (revoking the 2017 Joint Decree).
- The Articles of Association of PT Jasa Raharja and related regulations within the scope of the Insurance and Guarantee holding company.
To support the comprehensive implementation of GCG values at PT Jasa Raharja, 10 GCG Implementation Guidelines have been compiled as stipulated in Joint Regulation Number DK/01/2025 and Number PER/43/2025, namely:
