Organization Structure

In accordance with the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation No. PER-01/MBU/2011 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in State-Owned Enterprises and the Minister of Finance Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 152/PMK.01/2012 on Good Corporate Governance for Insurance Companies, the Company's structure consists of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors, along with their respective units, all of which play key roles in the successful implementation of GCG. Each of these Company organs has specific duties, functions, and responsibilities to ensure the optimal application of GCG within the company.
